Lucia Newborn

Melissa and I met years ago at Stonehill College where we both played field hockey together and we've stayed in touch here and there over the years but when she reached out asking me to capturing images of her beautiful new baby girl, Lucia, I was thrilled! Not only to meet her adorable little girl but to see Melissa and catch up for a bit. She has two other equally cute children, Stephen & Sienna, and they got in on the action a little later in the session. Miss Lucia was not one for sleep, despite what you see below, but once we got her sleeping I worked quickly and captured a wonderful variety of images. And can we just talk about the nursery for a hot second, I mean, GORGEOUS! I wanted to move in and live there it was so pretty. Simply perfect for sweet baby girl Lucia! Thanks for having me in your home Melissa, great to see you, congratulations on your beautiful family!

Vivienne Newborn

My dear sweet friend welcomed her second daughter into the world in late October and I was so excited to meet her and take some photographs! Jackie & Paolo had Ilanna, Vivienne's older sister, when they were still living in Brazil so it wasn't until she was a bit older and they moved to the US that I finally met her and have had the pleasure of taking family photographs of them as she's grown. But to see Jackie with a newborn and being a Mom to a little tiny baby was beautiful to see. I can't wait to see what a beautiful girl Vivienne grows to become and knowing I'll be able to capture that makes it even more special!
PS: don't you just LOVE her name?! It was my choice on their list so I was so excited to hear they had chosen it! It fits her too, she's a lovely, sweet Vivienne :)
